Delivery Information

We offer distance-based delivery, with your exact price calculated automatically at checkout.

In-stock orders are typically delivered within 1–3 days — often same-day or next-day.

After purchase, a team member will reach out to confirm your delivery day and time.

Our standard delivery is curbside — we’ll deliver to your driveway or garage. You’ll bring the couch inside.

White Glove delivery and old couch removal are optional add-ons and can be selected during checkout.

Some new models may require up to 2 weeks for arrival if not currently in stock.
This is still much faster than the typical 6–8 week wait from big-box furniture stores.

Return Policy

All sales are final upon delivery.

We encourage customers to fully inspect their couch at delivery.
If there’s an issue at the time of delivery, we’ll make it right before completing the drop-off.
